Eric is the founder and CEO of the Crews Coaching Group. He is passionate about helping clients grow and manage their businesses effectively. Eric’s coaching style has two major influences: EOS® (Entrepreneurial Operating System®) and his decades of experience as a successful entrepreneur. His expertise has helped dozens of companies increase profits, streamline operations, and improve their quality of life.

Eric has seen EOS® turn many chaotic, underperforming businesses into well-oiled, revenue-generating machines. He works with clients in a wide range of industries, including technology, finance, marketing, manufacturing, education, and sales.

Eric knows the power of EOS® firsthand because he has successfully implemented it in his own organizations. He is the CEO of CE Painting, one of the largest commercial painting businesses in New England, and Collegiate Entrepreneurs Painting Services, which helps college students in New England develop the skills they need to successfully run their own small business. Eric’s ongoing leadership in these companies provides him with continual insights that make him a better coach, and he models the constant evolution and growth clients must embrace to make their organizations successful.

When he’s not working or spending time with his family, Eric can be found volunteering with the Entrepreneur’s Organization (EO) as a mentor to CEOs of small businesses. He is a past President of the Boston chapter of EO and is on the Executive Committee of the Cohasset Yacht Club. Eric is an avid fundraiser for the Special Olympics and the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, and he enjoys sailing, running, and Ironman triathlons.

He is the Owner & CEO of Signet Education, a boutique educational services company that has provided academic mentorship to thousands of students since 2005. Jay spent years reverse engineering processes and tools to run a better business—then discovered that EOS® was the unified solution he had been looking for. Signet has become one of the premier tutoring companies in the United States, and its reputation for quality and excellence is partially a result of the guidance and clarity EOS® has provided.

A natural teacher and coach, Jay took the next step of sharing EOS® with other business owners by becoming an EOS Implementer® in 2019. He brings a wealth of experience to the table: he has spent over a decade running Signet Education and over two decades mentoring students and families. He loves working with entrepreneurial teams to navigate challenges and grow their organizations. In 2004, Tom joined Gardner Resources as CFO and was promoted to CEO. He and co-founder Matt Corbett launched Hub Recruiting in 2013 in a tiny office in Concord, MA; the company now employs over 50 recruiters and works with companies nationwide.
