Today, I want to show you what the GROWTH journey looks like from a client’s perspective.

GROWTH Consultants

Every GROWTH client is paired with a primary consultant for the duration of their journey. This consultant will facilitate your session days. Their job is to become an expert on your organization so that they can help you as effectively as possible.

They’ll also be the point person for other resources. If you need help with finance, marketing, valuation, or just about anything else, they’ll be the person to identify your need and guide you toward the right partner or service that can help.

Our consultants have experience in a broad range of industries, and specialize in everything from marketing services to HVAC to tech startups to socially conscious organizations. Someone on the team is the perfect fit for your business. 

GROWTH Process: Kickstart

The GROWTH process is a series of all-day sessions with your senior leadership team. The first three sessions, known as the Kickstart, occur over a 90-day period. 

During the Kickstart, you’ll learn most of the tools and processes that drive the system.

You’ll shape your vision for the company and set concrete goals.

And you’ll learn how to execute flawlessly to ensure that what you want to get done actually gets done.

GROWTH Process: Iterate & Accelerate

After your first 90 days, you’ll move into a quarterly rhythm of all-day quarterly sessions with your leadership team. 

During this time, expect a good amount of iteration. A growing company can’t just solve problems once (although GROWTH will ensure that you’re not solving the exact same problems over and over again). 

You’ll identify and overcome challenges inside the business. And you’ll look for opportunities to improve your culture, open up new markets, and streamline processes to improve efficiency. 

Once you’re in the Iterate & Accelerate phase, your consultant will tailor the GROWTH content to your company’s specific needs. Each  session includes dedicated time to work on one of the four GROWTH quadrants: People, Operations, Strategy, and Finance.

GROWTH Process: Self-Sufficiency

An average client’s GROWTH journey will take approximately two years. At that point, the organization will be in a position to run its sessions independently without a consultant. While some companies prefer to continue running facilitated sessions, we want to get every client to a point where they are capable of running GROWTH on their own.
